Position: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Springfield Office
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

Utilities Invoice Processing:

  • Date stamp, code, scan, and upload all invoices upon receipt.
  • Input data into our accounting system (AMSI).
  • Prepare invoices/checks for review and signature, and handle the mailing of payments.
  • Open/close utility accounts with suppliers.
  • Keep utility tracking charts current.

Contractor Payments:

  • Enter hours for contractor payments into the accounting system (AMSI).
  • Keep payment tracking charts current.
  • Prepare payments for review and signature, and handle the mailing of payments.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and real estate preferred.
  • Highly proficient in office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
