Job DescriptionJob Description

On-Site 
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team. As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and ensuring the structural integrity of buildings and infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to deliver high-quality and safe structures.

Duties:
- Design and analyze structures using engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD, MS Office (word and excel), Project Management software and Civil 3D
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, proposals and contracts at the direction of the Building Team Leader
- Conduct structural calculations to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, engineers and other professionals to develop project plans

-Provide field assistance to clients by identifying solutions to structural problems and troubleshooting construction difficulties.
- Perform site visits to assess existing structures and provide recommendations for repairs or modifications
- Review and approve construction plans to ensure adherence to design specifications
- Conduct inspections during construction to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and drafters

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, FEA, STAAD , Civil 3D
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational
