Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Structures Project Engineer who will oversee the planning and monitoring of Structures Engineering initiatives across various projects. This role is integral to our growth trajectory and will report directly to the Head of Structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for the structures team.
- Collaborate with technical experts to develop and implement product development timelines, ensuring all program and system-level milestones are achieved.
- Manage budget execution through effective resource planning.
- Engage with selected suppliers to ensure critical deliverables and milestones are met.
- Anticipate and fulfill the requirements of on-site laboratory stakeholders through the Structures team.
- Continuously assess and enhance project processes and activities to identify potential challenges and implement improvements.
- Maintain control over revisions for requirements, design documentation, and product configurations.
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful governance throughout project execution.
- Refine the structures design validation strategy with input from expert teams.
- Assist in planning and alignment meetings for FAA certification.
- Travel may be required intermittently for this position.
On-site Engagement
This role necessitates regular in-person interactions with team members, laboratories, internal stakeholders, and potential investors, and is designed to be based at our headquarters.

Qualifications

- Exceptional presentation abilities and meticulous attention to detail; a persuasive communicator capable of presenting data-driven narratives.
- A collaborative approach, recognized as a strong business partner.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to craft engaging and impactful messages for employees and stakeholders.
