The Entry-Level Accountant will support the accounting team in various financial activities, including bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and financial reporting. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals early in their accounting careers looking to gain valuable experience and develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Perform general ledger account reconciliations.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist with tax preparation and filing.
  • Participate in audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
