  • Deliver and set up office technology, including hardware and software, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Transport supplies and materials to and from tax offices, maintaining accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
  • Assist with the annual setup and closing of seasonal tax offices, ensuring that offices meet brand standards and are properly secured.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
  • Verify that offices are properly secured when leaving the premises after hours, maintaining a secure work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the District Operations Coordinator or managerial staff, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in basic reading and comprehension skills.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and other web-based programs, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Valid driver's license and adequate insurance, with a good driving record, to ensure safe transportation of supplies and materials.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
