The Director of Marketing will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the
development of the marketing department. They are responsible for leading the
development of our brand by working closely with management, our internal
team, referral sources, client and caregivers, to create an effective and efficient
marketing strategy.
Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
● Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives
and targets.
● Ability to build and maintain relationships with referral sources in Chester,
Delaware and Montgomery counties.
● Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including digital content,
advertisements, and sales materials.
● Manage and promote social media accounts.
● Ability to work closely with care management staff to deliver excellent customer
service to on-site communities and referral sources.
● Utilize all technology to ensure we are reaching the highest potential of all
programs.
● Facilitate educational training for referral sources, families, and community at
large.
● Coordinate and participate in community events.
● Ensure quality assurance for new customers by completing regular audits
● Train internal team on department-specific processes
● Assist in facilitating events that promote positive morale for employees.
● Ensure accurate collection and analysis of department-specific data to improve
efficiency and target areas for improvement
● Work with team to develop creative solutions to department-specific and
company-wide areas for improvement
● Support and assist with company initiatives.
Director of Marketing
● Communicate company efforts with internal team
● Support support company in inquiry calls when needed
● Assist management in creating a positive work environment for all employees.
● Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
● Five years of experience in marketing roles, with over two years in a leadership
or managerial capacity.
● Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
that drive business results and lead generation.
● Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform
decision-making; implement and manage Marketing KPIs.
● B2B experience ensures customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
● Software: Google Suite, MatrixCare, HubSpot
● Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence
and inspire teams.
● Excellent track record as a strategic marketing leader, where you created and
implemented effective marketing strategies that resulted in generating a
significant number of qualified leads.
● Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
● Previous home care marketing experience is preferred.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing
priorities.
