Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Practice Manager to lead our mental health services team in our Havertown, PA location. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our practice, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork among clinical staff.
    • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to clinical staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver exceptional patient care.
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of practice.
  • Clinical Operations
    • Oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring that all clinical services meet or exceed established standards and guidelines.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective clinical operations.
    • Monitor and analyze clinical performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, vendors, and community partners.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures.
  • Administrative and Financial Management
    • Oversee the administration of the practice, including human resources, finance, and operations.
    • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring that financial resources are allocated effectively to support business growth and patient care.
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Doctoral degree in psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
    • At least 5 years of experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in a mental health setting.
  • Clinical and Business Skills
    • Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
    • Excellent business acumen, including financial management, marketing, and sales.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, including coaching, mentoring, and team building.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including data analysis and interpretation.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
