Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Practice Manager to lead our mental health services team in our Havertown, PA location. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our practice, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork among clinical staff.
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to clinical staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of practice.
- Clinical Operations
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care, ensuring that all clinical services meet or exceed established standards and guidelines.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective clinical operations.
- Monitor and analyze clinical performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
- Business Development
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, vendors, and community partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures.
- Administrative and Financial Management
- Oversee the administration of the practice, including human resources, finance, and operations.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring that financial resources are allocated effectively to support business growth and patient care.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance profitability.
- Education and Experience
- Doctoral degree in psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
- At least 5 years of experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in a mental health setting.

- Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Excellent business acumen, including financial management, marketing, and sales.
- Strong leadership and management skills, including coaching, mentoring, and team building.

- Competitive Compensation
- Salary range: $97,000 to $173,200 per year.
