Provides support, supervision, crisis intervention and psychosocial rehabilitation services to dual diagnosed adults in the residential recovery setting. Promotes the basic human rights, dignity, health and safety of the persons served. Shifts available are Monday through Friday 4pm to midnight or midnight to 8am. Weekend hours available is 8am-4pm, 4pm to midnight and midnight to 8am.

  1. Responsible for assessing, evaluating, and monitoring of independent living skills (progress or lack of progress) to include but not limited to the following:
    1. Medication monitoring
    2. Personal hygiene
    3. Communication skills
    4. Money Management
    5. Safety, quality, and efficiency of performing daily individual skill building activities
    6. Meal preparations, safety, and cleanliness
    7. Monitoring patients on Special Diets and documenting if patient is adhering the Special Diet and reporting to the Primary Counselors
  2. Responsible for transporting patients regularly to scheduled recovery outings.
  3. Responsible for overall physical maintenance of the program to include but not limited to the following:
    1. General office areas
    2. Minor household repairs
    3. Recording and reporting damages to the facility in need of work
