Join our team as a Property Manager, where you will manage assigned properties and ensure an exceptional leasing experience for tenants and customers. You will focus on maintaining and enhancing the physical environments, financial performance, and competitive market standing of the properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing Experience:
- Provide a "Best in Class" leasing experience by maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness to tenants/customers.
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including walk-throughs with tenants.
- Maintain tenant emergency contact lists.
Work Order Management:
- Field requests from tenants and distribute work orders to Service Technicians.
- Monitor the progress of work orders to ensure timely completion.
Financial Management:
- Prepare the annual property budget.
- Understand and analyze the competitive marketplace to ensure properties are positioned to attract and retain quality tenants.
Property Maintenance:
- Maintain and enhance the interior and exterior physical attractiveness of properties.
- Manage current vendor relationships and schedule vendors/contractors for various services.
Operational Policies:
- Adhere to Property Management operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure management and supplier agreements are documented to mitigate risk.
Team Collaboration:
- Develop relationships with property staff, such as day porters and service technicians, to ensure tenant requests and work orders are completed promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management.
- Strong understanding of the competitive marketplace.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience in medical management, hospital services, or medical practices is preferred.
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to the primary and secondary work locations.
- Ability to travel as required.

- Proactive and responsive to tenant needs.
- Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team.
Locations:
- Primary Work Address: 11886 Healing Way, Silver Spring, MD 20904 (4-5 days per week)
- Secondary Location: 455 Woodview Rd, West Grove, PA 19390 (Full day every two weeks)
- Additional Coverage: Provide occasional coverage for properties at 251 and 201 National Harbor Blvd, Oxon Hill, MD 20745
