Junior Sales Associate

As a Junior Sales Associate at Zentra LLC, you'll be an integral part of growing our vendor/customer base, responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales strategies and exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Proactively reaching out to prospective customers via phone, email, and other channels to generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Achieve weekly sales objectives and targets
- Qualifying leads and assessing customer needs to determine the best solutions to meet their requirements
- Following up with customers to close sales, negotiate terms, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Secure authorization to resell vendor products
- Ability to develop daily, weekly, and monthly call plans
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, can include but not limited to telemarketing, in-person sales, phone sales, and customer service relations before, during or after a sale
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
