The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a crucial role in our sales team, responsible for generating new business opportunities and establishing strong relationships with potential clients. The SDR will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets:  Consistently meet and strive to surpass minimum sales performance standards and quotas, actively working towards achieving and exceeding assigned sales goals.
- Establish Trusted Advisor Relationships: Utilize trusted advisor guidelines to build and maintain successful sales relationships, employing industry-specific terminology and best practices.
- Develop and Manage a Robust Pipeline: Effectively create, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients, ensuring steady progress towards sales objectives.
- Engage in Responsive Listening: Apply active listening skills to provide appropriate and tailored responses to customer needs. Ask probing questions to fully understand and address concerns, facilitating meaningful discovery conversations.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Demonstrate outstanding customer service by tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Expand Product Knowledge: Quickly acquire and continuously update comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare industry and our product offerings to stay abreast of the ever-changing market.
