TSG is partnered with an innovative medical technology company focused on developing advanced devices that improve the lives of patients suffering from chronic pain. As they continue to grow, we are recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst (Supply Chain) to help drive financial precision and excellence within their supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in cost accounting, financial planning and reporting, and providing strategic insights to optimize cost management and inventory performance.

 

We’re seeking candidates preferably with 6+ years of experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Base salary up to $120k, along with great benefits program and goal achievement plan. Please apply here to be considered
 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all facets of cost accounting, including capitalized costs, inventory valuation, reserves, and allocations.
  • Prepare and support external audits, quarterly reviews, and tax submissions.
  • Develop, refine, and enforce accounting policies and internal controls.
  • Lead critical tasks during month/quarter-end close and financial reporting cycles.
  • Analyze financial results against prior periods and forecasts, highlighting key trends.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics related to COGS and inventory variances.
  • Maintain an analytical framework for product costing at the BOM level to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure accurate product costing and effective inventory management.
  • Partner with supply chain teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Spearhead system enhancements in the COGS and inventory modules, integrating them with the MRP system.

 

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in financial planning and accounting within supply chain or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, supply chain operations, and financial processes.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in US GAAP and internal controls.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience with ERP, MRP, and financial planning systems; NetSuite and Adaptive preferred.
  • Experience in dynamic, high-growth environments; experience in the medical device industry is a plus.
