Senior Financial Analyst

In this capacity, you will deliver strategic financial guidance, in-depth analysis, and comprehensive reporting to senior management, supporting various business units within the global bioproduction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly business evaluations for executive leadership
  • Develop, standardize, and refine regular analyses and reports to communicate business and financial insights
  • Support the forecasting and budgeting initiatives
  • Contribute to monthly operational expense reporting and forecasting
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation and process optimization
  • Provide financial expertise to the Product Management team
  • Engage in the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-term strategic planning
  • Monitor capital expenditures and cash flow dynamics
  • Analyze product and service profitability, identifying potential risks and opportunities
  • Translate business inputs into financial assumptions, creating and maintaining forecasting models

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields
  • CMA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, accounting, and business collaboration
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial software tools such as Oracle EPM, PowerBI, and ERPs
  • Ability to cultivate professional relationships, drive enhancements, and communicate effectively
  • Proven attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • Capacity to learn swiftly and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Estimated salary range of $83,300.00-$125,000.00
  • Variable annual bonus contingent on performance
