Job Description: As a Manufacturing Production Lead, you will be pivotal in ensuring our manufacturing facility's smooth and efficient operation. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the production line, lead a team of production associates, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and quality. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, depending on experience. Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in producing fencing or related products.
Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in supervising and developing teams.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and lean methodologies.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with production management software is a plus.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Bilingual preferred.
Compensation and Schedule:
$20-22 per hour.
7:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday-Friday shift.
