Recruiter and Coordinator Specialist Remote Night Shift

Must Live in Tampa area for training and able to drive to office for meetings as needed.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 10pm – 6am

You will be part of ongoing short and long-term training program with intent to help you develop into a professional Recruiter or Account Manager and beyond

Job Duties: Coordinating and Administrative

· Be Accessible and Answer ALL phone calls between the hours of 10pm - 6am EST

· Able to navigate afterhours issues with little to no assistance

· Able to re-route clinicians from one hospital to another if possible

· Provide an emailed report of phone call summaries to supervisor daily prior to the end of each on call shift

· Be able to schedule clinicians for shifts in advance to ensure they work their hours

· Assist with Sourcing and prescreening candidates

· Assist with administrative duties such as running reports, auditing placements in ATS, keeping the PRN google sheets up to date

· Data Entry to various systems such as: ATS/Akken, Client Portals, Vendor Portals

Job Duties Recruiting Sourcing

Sourcing daily responsibilities will include the ability to increase candidate resumes into the database, screen and update candidates within the database, prepare submittals, check references and scheduling interviews.

 

Responsible for assisting with updating and maintaining job postings and job orders in ATS.

Assist in the placement of candidates for contract and permanent positions.

Harvest resumes, pre-screen, update profiles in ATS & forward resumes.

Assist recruiters with placements. For example, reference checks “lead generation”, IQ or skills testing, e-submits, resume management & setting up of interviews, briefing candidates before the interview and debriefing following interview.

Responsible for assisting in the candidate profile maintenance within our ATS, including semi-annual clean-up (i.e., inactivation, reactivation, purge, etc.).

Research and stay abreast of the staffing industry and industry you are assigned to by reading trade journals, participating in user groups and attending technology conferences.

Coordinate and manage the pre-employment drug and background check screenings

Send out onboarding emails to new hires/rehires

Audit new hire paperwork to ensure all documents are complete and free or errors (personnel file, I-9 IDs, benefit and payroll forms)

Process all employment verifications with-in three days to ensure compliance

Work with employees and the Compliance Team for non-compliance issues

Oversee the new hire orientation for all new hires (in office and phone orientations)

Create, maintain and update personnel files

Scan, File and update Payroll/HR documents

Develop value added procedures for departmental improvements

Communicate policies and procedures to temporary workers on payroll issues

Processes all hire and terms of contract employees in payroll system Review all New Hires with including but not limited to location and proper registration states etc…

Work with Leadership on special projects as needed.

· 1 year of recruiting, Inside Sales, telemarketing, sales, customer service, or recruiting experience preferred
