Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Role Overview:
As a Physician Recruiter, you will oversee a thorough recruitment strategy for physicians and mid-level providers to ensure alignment with the hospital and Medical Group's needs and objectives.


Your responsibilities will include developing and executing the onboarding process for providers, managing the overall relationship with candidates throughout their journey, and facilitating communication among various departments involved.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit qualified physicians for employment within the Medical Group
  • Assist in formulating strategic recruitment plans for the institution
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal standards
  • Manage advertising placements to meet specific needs
  • Maintain current internet job listings
  • Stay active in relevant physician recruitment organizations
  • Organize and conduct visits for prospective candidates
  • Participate in recruitment fairs as necessary
  • Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates
  • Verify references of candidates
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill onboarding requirements for physicians and office staff
  • Demonstrate proficiency in performing job-related duties and procedures.
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field OR 7 years of relevant recruiting experience
  • At least three years of experience in Recruiting or Physician Services
  • Familiarity with the fundamental work requirements of medical doctors, as well as equal employment opportunity and basic human resources laws
  • Strong organizational skills, results-oriented mindset, adaptability, creativity, social sensitivity, and a service-oriented approach
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians, administrators, and department staff
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
