  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems, escalating issues as necessary to other IT departments or vendors.
  • Ensure all incidents and service requests are logged, tracked, and resolved in the company's ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to support the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.
  • Manage and execute regional IT projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all project activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review support performance and address any concerns or feedback.

  • Deliver support across the SOF Information Environment (SIE), including Tactical Local Area Networks and other DoD military hardware and End User Devices.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of the Unified Command structure, joint doctrine, and joint policies.
  • Detailed working knowledge of processes and procedures for using automated tools to plan, support, and execute Special Operations roles for mission planning.
  • Ability to develop processes and techniques which enhance the mission planning environment and reduces the workload for other mission planning support Contractors.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.

Tools:
