The Administrative Assistant - Event Sweepstakes role primarily focuses on event sweepstakes entry and assists as the liaison between the Event Sweepstakes Leaders and Telefluent Leaders, ensuring all deadlines are met timely and accurately to avoid delays that could negatively impact the business need. This will include written and verbal communications as necessary, tracking, organizing, and validating information received before processing. Additional tasks may include assisting with other administrative assistant functions, including supply checks, fills, lead entry, reporting, and other tasks as assigned.
Applicants will need to be able to commute to our Northborough, MA office.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE
- Follow the Sweepstakes process as outlined and meet all given deadlines
- Data Entry
- Communicate effectively and timely with the Event Sweepstakes Leaders, Administrative Manager & Administrative team based on the need- including providing clear, concise feedback regularly
- Maintain an open, positive relationship with all business partners
- Create and maintain any daily, weekly & monthly reporting as requested
- Works regularly in an office environment
- Up to 8 hours of sitting in any given day
- Up to 8 hours of standing or moving in any given day
- Type, speak, & write daily
- Utilize multiple monitors and/or a laptop daily

- 1 year of working in office setting cubicle like setting (non-remote)
- 2 years experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft products specifically Outlook and Excel
