Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist real estate agents with property listings, marketing materials, and client communications
- Coordinate showings, open houses, and property tours
- Manage and update property listings on various platforms
- Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends
- Handle paperwork, contracts, and agreements for real estate transactions
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other professionals in the industry
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining files

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of Canva for creating Open House Packages
- Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate successful real estate transactions
- Proficient in administrative tasks to support the team effectively
- Clear and effective communication abilities to interact with clients and colleagues
- Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and sales processes

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
