Real Estate Client Care Manager

Growing Top producing real estate team looking to add a Client Care Manager to our amazing team. Candidate must be a Lake County (IL) resident, and able to work in a fast paced, professional environment.
Duties will include:
- Answering phones- you will often be the first point of contact for our clients and must be able to provide EXCELLENT customer service at all times.
- You will need to be a good listener and take detailed phone messages.
- Accurately distributing messages
- Entering caller/client data
- Addressing client greeting cards
- Helping both the Listing & Closing Managers with tasks as needed
- Other basic office duties
- Occasional errand running (dropping off lockboxes, brochures, home checks, etc)
We are looking for someone with the following skills/attributes:
- Must be extremely computer savvy.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess EXCEPTIONAL attention to detail. We are a multi-million-dollar real estate team and there is little margin for error in our office.
- Spectacular organizational skills.
- Able to multi-task effectively and efficiently.
- Must be a quick learner and an excellent problem solver.
- Possess a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, at times having the ability to think outside the box.
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team.
- Must have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Flexibility to respond to emails outside of typical business hours as needed.
Previous experience in real estate preferred.
