Qualifications:
- Experience in packaging is essential, with a preference for those knowledgeable in rigid packaging.
- Strong understanding of product lines, distribution channels, and pricing strategies.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with proprietary databases are required.
- A minimum of one to three years of experience in outside sales within a related field.
Work Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a sales role.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work effectively under pressure, and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
- Proficient planning and organizational skills are necessary.
Education:
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
