Description

The Customer Care Coordinator assists with drafting service agreements and addendums, sending client confirmations, acquiring malpractice coverage from our carrier, and tracking booking information in an internal database.  Each coordinator is responsible for answering questions as they arise regarding these areas.  In addition, the Coordinator role supports our production teams by processing their bookings/contracts, as well as recording dates of physician assignments. Coordinators assist our customer care specialists on various tasks that may include sending weekly welcome gifts to new providers and clients, and working on other projects as assigned.  At LocumTenens.com, Customer Care is not a department … it is our job

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant work experience in an office environment preferred.  

The winning candidate also possesses the following talents and skills:

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent customer service, critical thinking and organizational skills
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team
  • Committed to quality service
