  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day janitorial operations, assigning tasks and ensuring all cleaning duties meet our quality standards.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring resources are sufficient for completing tasks.
  • Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and quality control measures to foster a safe and productive work environment.
  • Cultivate a positive team culture, motivating and empowering janitorial staff to excel.
  • Provide training and guidance to new team members to ensure understanding of roles and responsibilities.
  • Communicate effectively with management and all team members

Requirements:
 
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role in commercial janitorial or cleaning industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, proficiency in English and Spanish required.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to enforcing compliance.
  • Availability to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in cleaning or facility management is a plus.
