Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator

MUST:
Executive Assistant
4 – 7 years' experience Administrative Support
4 – 7 years' experience supporting Sr. HR Partners & C-Level Executives (Small – Mid size business)
4 – 7 years experience supporting expense reports, travel bookings, meeting scheduling, and other administrative support as needed
Experience working with websites GoDaddy, Squarespace, Word Press or other GUI -driven tools for several different projects
Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university is required

DUTIES
Provide administrative support i.e expense reports, travel bookings, meeting scheduling, and other administrative support as needed
Support Chief Financial Officer with detail-oriented projects and general administrative support
Lead the software licensing management such as Smartsheet, Go Daddy, Microsoft, Adobe, etc.
Create a system and track different software licenses and employee assignments
Offboard employees from all software licenses as needed
Research best practices for pricing improvements and group accounts
Support managing assignment of assets to employees (laptops, monitors, etc.) and maintaining the company asset inventory.
Manage updates of website through Word Press administrative console.
Support the sales department with renewal paperwork to include certifications, vendor registrations, etc.
Support marketing efforts including ordering of branded collateral for trade shows, employee welcome kits, etc.
Manage the engagement of the project team, including UKG support for timesheets and PTO, performance evaluations, professional development, etc.
Assist HR in the administration of company directory
Support the Recruiting and HR departments with job description audits and alignment
Other administrative and support duties as assigned
Stay up to date on essential computer skills and best practices, such as word processing software, spreadsheet software, presentation software, Adobe software, email management, digital calendars, and video conferencing
