Customer Experience Representative

Salary Range: Based on experience
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will have the opportunity to represent OxeFit’s advanced strength training system brand by upholding superior customer service while resolving internal and external support issues, fielding service requests, engaging and advancing OxeFit’s social media presence, and acting as a knowledgeable resource for our growing customer base.
Essential Functions:
Communicate with customers daily and provide excellent customer service for all questions, concerns, requests, etc.
Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to streamline active and ongoing customer support issues
Respond to customer engagement on a variety of social media platforms while maintaining best practices (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Track and update progress of field service request tickets from initiation through resolution
Be a subject-matter-expert of OxeFit’s advanced strength training systems to improve operational efficiency
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Information Systems, Psychology, or a related field is required
1+ years experience in a customer service or customer facing role
Experience using help desk ticketing systems, preferably Zendesk
Experience in social media management
