Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is a key member of the GEODIS Group team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through prompt, courteous, and effective service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders and ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and service levels.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience or related training.
  • Proficiency in AS400 operating systems and warehouse management systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
