Job Responsibilities:
  • Preparing, processing payroll, while handling payroll queries from employees.
  • Ensuring compliance with tax laws and maintaining accurate financial records and employee data.
  • Handle direct deposits and distribute physical paychecks for distribution
  • Obtaining approvals and adjust pay based on changes.
  • Calculate wages, benefits, tax deductions s as required.
  • Cooperate with different departments to enhance payroll service performance.
Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma required, Associate's/Bachelor's degree in business or accounting preferred
  • 5+ years working in payroll or similar role
  • Strong knowledge basic accounting principles and payroll practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and accounting software's
Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Excellent detail-oriented with strong organizational skill.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
