  • Execute data entry and various administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with QuickBooks.
  • Strong understanding of compiled Financial Statements.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on deadlines.
  • Thorough knowledge of debits and credits.
  • Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with clients and supervisors.
  • On-site work required.
