The ideal candidate will:
·    Do things the right way, no short cuts, and will only accept the highest quality of work.

·    Enjoy hands on work & be able to lift at least 50 lbs

Key roles:

·    Reading and comprehending blueprints.
·    Overseeing and coordinating jobsite activities according to project schedule and blueprints.
·    Enforcing project safety & security and following OSHA standards.
·    Coordinating materials and equipment deliveries with vendors and suppliers. 
·    Assisting the Project Manager.
·    Managing and scheduling subcontractors.
·    Maintaining American Companies jobsite documentation.
·    Understanding and adhering to project scope to avoid scope creep.
·    Inspecting installed products for damage or insufficiencies.
