GPAC is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Bend, OR. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in the procurement of building permits, Certificate of Occupancy, and other requirements
* Assist Superintendent and Project Manager with Quality Assurance and Quality Control
* Attend weekly or biweekly OAC and/or Subcontractor Coordination meetings
* Coordinate distribution of bidding documents to prospective subs and suppliers
* Document construction progress through weekly site visits and photographs
* Assist in the coordination and securing of owner furnished equipment and furnishings
* Help to create and maintain accurate as-built drawings onsite
* Maintain project record documents including the assembly of final O&M manuals and As-built Drawings
* Assist Project Manager in miscellaneous project duties
* Fulfill special project needs as they arise.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Construction related field (Construction Management, Engineering, etc.)
* Ability to read, understand and interpret blueprints and construction-related documents
* At least 2+yrs previous commercial construction experience and proficient with MS Office Suite
* Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project a plus
* Exceptional communication skills in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
* Professional attitude and experience with owner-occupied spaces a plus
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Time-management and multitasking skills
