Responsibilities:

  • Produce, monitor, track, and distribute project ASI's, CCD's, RFI's, and Submittals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction related field (Construction Management, Engineering, etc.)
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret blueprints and construction-related documents
  • At least 2+ years of previous commercial construction experience and proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Professional attitude and experience with owner-occupied spaces a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Time-management and multitasking skills
