Luxury jewelry brand seeks a Sales Development Assistant to report directly to the Managing Director. The position involves supporting 3 senior sales staff and the Director by setting up the salon displays daily, tracking all jewelry, creating style sheets with Photoshop, assisting with client visits and transactions and overall inventory management. The Sales Development Assistant also manages budgeting, logistics and vendor contracts for all off-site trunk shows and works with the marketing team to develop invitation lists, gift bags and other requirements for special events. The Assistant will travel with the sales team to trunk show locations four to six times a year and manage all logistics on site.

This role requires a luxury goods sensibility, excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, PC literate, Photoshop proficient and possesses a strong desire to build relationships with vendors and clients.

Salary commensurate with experience.
