- Our client is a construction management and GC firm, specializing in both the redevelopment of existing properties and new property construction. Projects include high-rise residential and commercial buildings, retail storefronts, and major public works projects throughout the Tri-State area.
- They are currently seeking a Project Executive to join their growing team. The Project Executive will oversee public works projects, expanding into civil works projects, ensuring successful completion on time and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee construction projects from inception to completion
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
- Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution
- Manage project schedules using tools like Primavera
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient project delivery
- Implement construction best practices and quality standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and construction teams
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Project Management experience in the public works sector (K-12 preferred)
- Proficiency in construction management software including Civil 3D, Primavera, Procore
- Ability to travel as needed to project site(s)
Compensation:
- Base salary to 200k/year
