We are seeking Back Office Medical Assistants to become a part of our team You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

We have three office locations: Henderson, Southwest Las Vegas (near 215/Buffalo), and Northwest Las Vegas (near 215/Cheyenne) - you may occasionally be assigned to cover at at a location other than your primary location. All three locations are open Monday - Friday generally between 8am-6pm. The Henderson location is also open Saturdays from 8am-noon.

Previous pediatric experience as a back office medical assistant is highly desireable - starting pay will be dependent on experience.

Duties:

  • Assist healthcare providers with patient care and treatment in a back office setting.
  • Take and record vital signs accurately.
  • Perform routine clinical tasks including medication and immunization administration as directed by healthcare providers.
  • Provide excellent patient service including answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner including using EHR software to record documentation in patient charts.
  • CPR certification a plus.

​Qualifications:

  • Completion of a medical assistant program required.
  • Previous pediatric experience as a back office medical assistant is highly desireable.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and basic life support procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a diverse patient population.
  • Able to work variable 8 hour shifts between the hours of 7:00am-7:00pm. Generally Monday - Friday with occasional half day Saturdays.
