Job Description:

As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing and tracking training programs across our site, ensuring all mandatory trainings are delivered efficiently and on schedule. You will collaborate with various departments to optimize training processes and leverage software systems to streamline delivery. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all training sessions meet regulatory requirements and support other sites as needed. A background in quality engineering is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee training programs for all required trainings on a scheduled basis at our site.
  • Utilize software systems to optimize and automate the delivery of training materials and track completion status.
  • Ensure all trainings are completed within designated timeframes and maintain accurate records of training attendance and compliance.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and develop appropriate training schedules.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  • Ensure that all training materials and presentations are up-to-date and meet regulatory standards.
  • Assist other sites within the organization with training coordination and implementation as required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.



Work Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTM, ATD).
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
