Job DescriptionJob Description

Plan, direct, and coordinate daily operations at client specific locations. Duties include but are not limited to planning day to day operations, scheduling of jobs, planning and executing Turn Arounds and outage work, maintaining an on-call schedule, facilitate training of supervisors and new technicians, auditing daily billing agreements and have them signed on a daily basis.  Complete monthly billing and submit to Admin before the 5th of each month.  Complete all MSS paperwork and have it turned into Environmental before the 10th of each month.  Maintain open communication lines between all departments, promote safety awareness and the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures.  Continue to grow our business.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·         Planning/Directing/Executing of Sales, Operations, & Administrative Management, Customer & Marketing development.

·         Administrative Management to include but not limited to:

a.    Review and approval of field tickets, Purchase Order system, QMS Inspections, Safety & DOT documents.

b.    Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.

c.     Review Management Reports to include but not limited to:

-Gross Margin Reports

-A/R Reports

-Employee Utilization Reports

·         Operations Management to include but not limited to:

a.    Training/Mentoring/Coaching of Field Personnel at all levels on a consistent basis.

b.    Job & shop audits.

c.     Knowledge of available inventory and timeline of availability of red tag inventory

d.    Customer engagement to confirm performance meets expectations.

e.    Account Managers within the defined Territories will report to the Territory & Branch Manager.

·         Sales Management to include but not limited to:

a.    Perform joint jobsite reviews with Sales

b.    Monthly joint calls to meet customers and gain perspective to our success and make any modifications if necessary.

c.     Communication with sales to understand project pipeline to facilitate planning.

d.    Coordination with Operations to ensure customer expectations are met as a minimum.

e.    Coordinate with Sales to ensure operation constraints are understood and communicated appropriately.

f.     Be accountable and responsible to customer for any breakdowns in performance, defining corrective actions/implementation

·         Safety Management to include but not limited to:

a.    Execute safety objectives, audit and ensure compliance with:

-JSA’s

-DOT

-Conformance to SOPs

-Providing necessary tools

-Don’t put off what needs to be done

-Leading by example

b. Working side by side with our Safety Management team to come up with reasonable, safe solutions that works best for the company.

·         Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring Management members and staff members as necessary. 

·         Determine staffing requirements, assist in interviewing and training new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
