Join the Pixera team as a Business Development Manager, USA
AV Stumpfl’s Pixera is growing to meet demand as our media server is quickly gaining wide adoption in the US across live event, fixed installation, and virtual production markets. Users love Pixera for its ease of use and powerful feature scope. We are seeking an experienced technology salesperson with strong initiative and customer service skills and to join our international team who will be responsible for identifying and closing Pixera business and driving growth of the Pixera line of media server hardware and software through strategic business development activity. A typical workday may include, but not be limited to, market analysis, client outreach, customer demos, processing orders, customer support and training, workflow R&D, and business travel.

Qualifications
- Experience in technology sales role (at least 3 years preferred)
- Experience with audio, video, and lighting strongly preferred
- Proven track record in lead generation / cold calls
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strategic thinking and creative problem solving
- Ability to learn new technologies.
- Strong commitment to excellence in customer service
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
Responsibilities
- Handle lead generation and book appointments
- Deliver high-quality sales demonstrations and follow up with customers until close of sale
- Process new inbound orders, ensuring continuity and consistency in the customer experience
- Manage institutional sales accounts through follow up and strategic development
- Develop “go to market” models for products and campaigns
- Attain and maintain a high-level of competence with the Pixera software
- Assist in planning and organizing tradeshows and participation in conferences
