Position Title: Social Media Operations Specialist

Reporting To: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Brand Social Media Accounts:

Oversee the operation of brand social media accounts, including but not limited to mainstream SNS platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram (IG), and TikTok. Develop social media marketing plans based on business and market goals, covering overall budget, annual content and activities, marketing effectiveness, cooperation channels, cooperation formats, and budget allocation.

- Content Publication and Engagement:

Publish videos and images provided by the China team on brand social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. Participate in customer interactions on different channels and monitor video traffic data.

- Build and Maintain Fan Relationships:

Establish good relationships with fans, identify potential customer needs, and assist in resolving their queries. Guide and redirect users to related social media accounts through various new media channels.

- Campaign Planning for Social Media:

Plan social media campaigns for the brand, focusing on global social attributes. This includes online event marketing, fan engagement, and content material production in collaboration with the China market team, especially around new product launches, hot products, and brand topics.

- Data Monitoring and Analysis:

Monitor data across the brand's social media matrix, track social sentiment, analyze competitors, and produce relevant analysis reports.

- KOL/KOC Resource Development:

Continuously identify and collaborate with relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs). Establish a comprehensive KOL management process and mechanism, and continuously accumulate and maintain influencer resources, enriching the influencer resource database.

- Support Marketing Activities:

Assist and support other brand and market marketing activities, ensuring effective content and traffic synergy.

- Track Market Trends and Hot Topics:

Follow the latest trends and hot topics in the target market, promptly synchronize with the China promotion team, and collaborate on the creation and publication of trending videos.

- Content Creation and Monitoring:

Write and edit press releases, create and manage content across social media channels, including blogs, posts, or tweets, and monitor and analyze the performance of these publications.

- User Feedback and Research:

Handle overseas user feedback and research, and assist the Oversea promotion team in deeply exploring user needs.

Required Qualifications:

- A college degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related major is preferred.

- 0-1 year of experience with live streaming operations on social media platforms is required.

- Proven experience in social media management, particularly on TikTok, Instagram or similar platforms.

- Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize live stream performance.

- A naturally extroverted personality with the ability to engage with both talent and audiences.

- Experience with content creation and a background in social media marketing is a plus.

- Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is preferred.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics.

- Creative and strategic thinking with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Pay: $18-$23 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

Employment Type: 1099 Contractor

Work Schedule: 8:30 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday with 0.5 hour for lunch from 12pm – 12:30 pm. 

Ability to Commute: GA

Work Location: In person / Hybrid
