Logistics Operations Specialist

Resumen del Puesto:

El Logistics Operations Specialist será responsable de diversas tareas relacionadas con los procesos de envío, recepción y manejo de materiales en la empresa. Esto incluye actividades como la recepción, almacenamiento, control de inventario, selección, embalaje, preparación y envío de productos.

Los candidatos serán contratados inicialmente como Empleados Temporales, con la posibilidad de convertirse en Empleados Permanentes dentro de su primer año de empleo. Funciones Principales:

  • Preparar productos para su movimiento dentro del almacén, incluyendo clasificación, escaneo, reempaquetado, paletizado, etiquetado y envoltura.
  • Ensamblar piezas componentes en kits, empaquetar y etiquetar kits, e ingresar datos de kits en el sistema de gestión de almacenes (WMS).
  • Seleccionar y empaquetar inventario para envío de acuerdo con los pedidos de los clientes, preparar inventario y cargar remolques.
  • Descargar remolques, recibir productos, verificar precisión y actualizar información en el WMS.
  • Recibir productos devueltos, verificar el estado de la garantía, actualizar información y preparar para la eliminación o el reabastecimiento.
  • Capacitar a otros empleados, mantener un espacio de trabajo limpio y seguro, y realizar otras tareas asignadas.

Educación y Experiencia:

  • Se prefiere diploma de secundaria.
  • 6-12 meses de experiencia relacionada y/o capacitación preferida.

  • Habilidad en el uso de un transpaleta y pistola de cinta.
  • Habilidades básicas en computación.

  • Capacidad para leer e interpretar documentos, realizar matemáticas básicas y redactar informes rutinarios.
