POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an Office Manager to provide administrative and facilities support at the Defense Healthcare Management Systems Headquarters in Rosslyn, VA.   

This person will partner closely with the PEO Facilities and Security Manager to ensure compliance for all government-leased facilities, manager deliveries and monitor inventory levels. They will support onsite meeting logistics, like guest registration and meeting room setup. 

This person should drive work independently, accurately prioritize responsibilities, and develop informed recommendations.

 This is a fully on-site role; Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Office Management

·         Ensure spaces are tidy and in good working order (cubicles, offices and conference rooms)

·         Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as needed

·         Support Facilities and Security manager to raise awareness of work orders (issues related to temperature, electric, plumbing, etc)

 

Meeting Support

·         Coordinate with Executive Assistant teams to understand needs for on-site meetings

·         Ensure furniture and set-up and test AV in meeting spaces 

 

Guest Management

·         Assist Facilities and Security Manager with escorting visitors from the building lobby to the suite

·         Direct visitors to meeting spaces and provide support as needed

 

Perform special projects and/or other duties as assigned or required.

 

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·         Minimum 3 years of reception or office management experience, preferably 5

·         U.S. citizenship: required
