We are seeking to add an EXPERIENCED Office and Industrial (O & I) Sales Pro to be a part of our team. This individual should have experience in Moving and Storge, Logistics and Warehousing services. Candidate must be a HUNTER, a self-starter with a proven record of accomplishment in establishing new client business as well as high client retention within the industry. Sales will be focused on commercial Moving & Storage, logistics, warehousing, transportation, labor, installation, and other services within the Office and Industrial Relocation services industry.

This salesperson should come in and hit the ground running and start building up their pipeline quickly to be successful. Warm leads are provided. Compensation with commission on sales activities allow limitless earning potential.

This is an inside/outside sales position. This is NOT a remote position. We are located in SW Houston, candidate must commute daily to Zip code 77045.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively generate new sales opportunities through warm leads, calling, networking, social media, and other prospecting
  • Consult clients to determine needs and create unique solutions
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and operations to define optimized solutions and pricing
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Create marketing ideas and campaign details to increase lead activity
  • Meet and exceed assigned targets for revenue production
  • Utilize CRM to manage sales cycle activity and reporting
  • Negotiate/close deals and manage objections

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of proven experience as a Sales Rep in moving or similar industry
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Ability to leverage consultative sales approach to build long term relationships
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Financial acumen with solid understanding of P&L principles and pricing
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

This is a 1099 position. Income is $600 Base Weekly Salary + Sales based Commission – Earning potential is unlimited. Your work effort and dedication dictates your salary outcome.
