We are looking for high energy rock-stars with strong closing rates in telephone sales to join our moving and storage company

The ideal candidate is coachable, reliable, persistent, organized, hard work ethic, and can apply learned skills and methods quickly. Must be familiar or quickly learn the moving and storage industry household moving. Must be dependable, customer service-oriented, and ready to come in and hit the ground running We are a small business, team oriented, and collaborative sales environment.

This is a commission driven, inside sales, telephone sales, NON-REMOTE position.

Must learn the CRM Software and moving industry quickly, have excellent phone conversation skills, and fully understand the commission sales structure. Warm leads provided. Start booking your first week. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. The position requires the ability to work some late evenings and alternating Saturdays.

We're looking for committed high achievers who can meet and exceed sales targets. This is not good fit for those who don't meet this criteria, we urge these individuals NOT to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Convert warm leads into sales via phone calls, referrals, and networking
  • Differentiating our service and product offerings to customers
  • Educating and assisting customers on their specific moving and storage needs
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Thoroughly follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into sales
  • Collaborate with operations ensuring smooth transition from sales to service delivery
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

REQUIREMENTS

  • Min 1 years proven experience inside telephone sales or similar industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, professional demeanor, and a strong work ethic
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and can quickly learn CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative office team
  • Ability to work some late evenings and alternating Saturdays
  • Reliable transportation to commute to work daily, background check required

Compensation:

  • This is a 1099 position.
  • Competitive base salary with commission structure
  • Performance-based incentives and bonus opportunities
  • Initial base of $500.00 weekly + commissions.
  • Uncapped commission structure = unlimited earning potential.
  • Salesperson with moving industry experience usually book during the first week. Potential to earn an average of 500.00 to $1,500.00+ weekly. This is based on each individual selling. You control your paycheck
