We are looking for a Manufacturing Admin Assistant to join our team 

*****Job Duties:

  • Assist with Compliance related documentation 
  • Support various departments
  • Complete special projects and other admin related tasks 
  • Schedule and coordinate visits
  • Complete and prepare documentation
  • Support internal and external audits 

***** Job Requirements: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • 0-2 years of Customer Service Experience
  • Manufacturing environment a plus 
  • Ability to adapt quickly 
  • Strong attention to detail 

 

Schedule is Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm
