We're looking for a Shared Services Operations Specialist, working in the Insurance industry in Springfield, Ohio, United States.
- Follow standard procedural guidelines for performing tasks.
- Perform various tasks such as logging checks, processing documents, and working CLEAR queues.
- Place outbound calls to insurance carriers and receiving inbound calls from insurance carriers.
- Provide assistance and backup as needed to meet client requirements and SLA's.
- Handle other duties/projects based on business needs.
- Ability to work under immediate supervision
- Comfortable with basic and routine tasks, with the potential to handle more complex and non-routine tasks as you gain experience
- Ability to work efficiently in client and company proprietary applications
