We provide our clients with the freshest, highest quality intravenous and intramuscular vitamin drips that deliver essential nutrients at the cellular level for maximum absorption in a day spa environment.

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to own the sales strategy, process and execution. This is an individual contributor role witha heavy focus on creating and leading the sales strategy and process for The DRIPBaR Edina. We need a sales expert that has previous sales experience and understands every aspect of the sales cycle.

This role includes typical front desk operations responsibilities (welcoming clients, confirming appointments, answering the phone and booking appointments, following up with clients, etc.). However, we are seeking someone who will go above and beyond the typical customer service role and help us achieve our financial targets with their excellent sales skills.

This position offers a base pay with commission. You get out of this job what you put into it. You are behind the driver seat of your career and bank account. We are looking for someone who is proactive, ambitious, and will take an owner mindset when it comes to managing time and the process. Job Duties

  • Runs the front desk, providing an outstanding customer experience while confirming appointments, greeting customers, checking them in, selling memberships and packages, and following up.
  • Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests products or services that will meet those needs.
  • Collaborates with Office Manager and owners to develop sales quotas and strategies.
  • Executes sales strategy, reviews and analyzes data, prepares reports and projections to determine profitability and targets, and identifies potential new markets.
  • Generates revenue through sales of memberships and packages. Seeks opportunities to grow the business through partnerships and business to business collaboration.
  •  Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
  • Resolves customer complaints or issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
  • Acts as company representative at trade association meetings and events.
  • Takes pictures of clients for social media and participates in social media marketing as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
     

Our Sales and Marketing Specialist is expected to:

  • Have a passion for wellness and willingness to learn about nutrition, vitamins, and supplements.
  • Have the ability to provide clients with recommendations on IV drips and upsell add-ons, memberships, and packages.
  • Follow up with leads immediately.
  • Speak with confidence to clients on the phone or in-person when selling memberships and packages.
  • Recognize and respond to potential problems independently and creatively.
  • Have technical fluency (knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn various software and tools).
  • Maintain composure and professionalism during times of stress.
  • Ensure good communication occurs with the Office Manager during shift change.
  • Remember key details as multiple people make verbal, hand-written, and emailed requests throughout the day.
  • Work quickly and accurately, be prompt and prepared at all times.
  • Weekday and weekend shifts available.

Working Conditions:

May work around usual office and outpatient conditions. During busy periods, may require periods of time standing and/or walking. May work around biohazards. Exposure to blood borne pathogens is possible. Exposure to chemicals and commercial items typically found in offices, medical clinics, and building repairs /maintenance. May have to lift items to set up event tent and table and periodically work outdoors.

Compensation includes the following:

  • Base pay + commission
  • Flexible hours
  • One free IV drip per month
  • Unlimited LED light therapy
  • Employee discounts

 

General Notes:

We are hiring one part-time position for THE DRIPBaR Edina, Minnesota at The Brandon Square Mall. Shift availability and hours may fluctuate based on business needs. Additional hours may be required during peak periods.
