We are in search of a driven and proactive individual to fill the role of Sales Specialist. This position comes with significant responsibilities and offers unlimited earning potential through a competitive bonus and commission framework. This role serves as a pathway to the Assistant Studio Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

Studio Sales Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager to implement the sales strategy, adhering to DRIPBaR and industry best practices.
  • Assist in organizing and executing ongoing sales initiatives (studio events, grassroots marketing, outreach).
  • Consistently meet personal and team sales targets each month (memberships, daily revenue, etc.).
  • Plan and promote special events for the studio monthly, utilizing studio tools for effective outreach and community engagement.

Member Engagement and Retention

  • Foster relationships and retain members through outstanding customer service.
  • Focus on membership engagement and retention via various communication channels (calls, texts, reporting, etc.).

Operational Excellence

  • Enforce studio policies, business practices, systems, and processes.
  • Ensure the facility is clean, well-maintained, and operationally efficient.
  • Meet performance metrics (KPIs), manage revenue, ordering, inventory, and facility upkeep.
  • Assist the Nurse in arranging tele-health consultations for clients.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience – a track record of driving sales and achieving or surpassing sales goals.
  • Exceptional customer service – promptly addresses studio needs and anticipates member requests for assistance.
  • Self-motivated – takes initiative and works independently to initiate projects and tasks.
  • Independent thinker – capable of exercising discretion and independent judgment.
  • Problem-solving skills – adept at independently finding solutions to challenges.
  • Strong communication skills – excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for clear, concise, and respectful interactions.
