Position: Social Media and Events Manager
Location: San Luis Obispo County, CA
Wage: $18 - $25 per hour - DOE
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage our community, and drive sales.
Content Creation: Create compelling and informative content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc, that aligns with our brand voice and values.
Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and cultivate a loyal customer base.
Event Planning and Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store events, workshops, and promotional activities to attract new customers and enhance customer loyalty.
Collaboration: Work closely with the other store managers to align social media and event initiatives with overall marketing goals.
Retail: Help with the retail sales in store as needed. This role can adjust based on the applicant's skill set and the store’s needs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the retail or health and wellness industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends.
Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to organize and manage events from conception to completion.
Passion for health, wellness, and natural supplements.
