We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as the Midwest Regional Sales Manager. Reporting to Nash’s Director of Sales, this role presents an exciting opportunity to own one of our most established territories and drive growth through strategic sales initiatives and customer relationship management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • · Work with inbound and outbound sales leads and work with existing accounts
  • · Earn business by using a consultative, relationship-based approach
  • · Quickly solving customer problems and complaints
  • · Participates in non-selling day-to-day operations as needed
  • · Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in
  • selecting those best suited to their needs
  • · Establishes develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and
  • prospective customers in territory/market segment to generate new business for the
  • organization's products/services
  • · Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective
  • customers
  • · Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • · Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical
  • service groups.
  • · Analyzes the territory/market's potential and determines the value of existing and prospective
  • customers’ value to the organization.
  • · Participates in trade shows and conventions; company expensed travel.
  • · Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers, highlighting profile, share
  • and value opportunities. -Identifies advantages and compares the organization's products/
  • services.
  • · Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for
  • the territory/segment.
  • · Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests,
  • competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • · Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive
  • activities, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and
  • consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
  • · Provides customers and potential customers with sales, installation, and product support as
  • needed.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS ON REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must possess 3+ years’ sales experience (B2B sales/general contractor experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and ability to determine solutions for customers.
  • Must be results-orientated and able to work independently and within a small team environment.
  • Must take ownership of jobs sold, ensure customer satisfaction, and have an excellent work ethic.
  • Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and contact management software.
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
  • Successfully pass a background check, drug/alcohol test, and a knowledge-based pre-hire assessment.

 

 

Compensation and Benefits:

  •  $70-80k conditional on experience.
  •  Commissions are paid monthly at 1% of net sales. (Net sales = minus any returns) The expected annual commission payout for this territory is $40-45K.
  • Monthly vehicle allowance of $750.00 to cover the expenses associated with using a personal vehicle for business purposes, including but not limited to maintenance, insurance, and lease payments. Fuel business-related travel can be expensed to the company via a company-issued credit card. This allowance shall be paid by regular payroll practices and will be subject to all applicable taxes.
