MSA Home Health, a proud member of the Medical Services of America, Inc. family, currently seeks an experienced Full-Time Area Vice President of Sales to cover Elizabeth City, NC (Pasquotank) NC, Chesapeake, VA (Norfolk) VA, Richmond (Richmond) VA, Fredericksburg, VA (Spotsylvania and Stafford) VA, Charlottesville, VA (Albemarle) VA, Culpeper, VA (Culpeper) VA, Outer Banks, NC (Currituck, Dare) NC.

Key Responsibilities include:

· Diligently monitors the financial performance of assigned offices and ensures they meet budgetary objectives.

· Establishes new accounts and nurtures existing ones within the designated territory.

· Strategically plans, establishes, and fosters open channels of communication with area physicians and healthcare facilities through the Account Executive and Director of Marketing.

· Maintains a vigilant oversight of the census-to-budget goals within assigned offices.

· Assumes responsibility for the overall performance of designated offices, ensuring that staff receive comprehensive orientation and continuous training.

· Skillfully addresses and resolves managerial and employee concerns, investigating complaints, and offering feasible courses of action.

· Educates all PCCs, AEs, and DOMs on pertinent information regarding relevant policy changes.

· Regularly engages with the Regional Director of Marketing and Administrator to discuss challenges and engage in future planning, staying informed about significant developments in the healthcare industry and agency policies.

· Implements partner relations practices, aimed at fostering a constructive partner-employer relationship and boosting partner morale to a

high level.

· Utilizes company’s target focused sales programs to meet the needs of the Agency.

· Monitors competition by gathering current market place data.

Qualifications and Skills

· Holds a four-year degree from an accredited college in healthcare administration or a related healthcare field.

· Knowledge of sales techniques and physician, hospital, skilled nursing facility, case management and discharge planning needs.

· A minimum of 5 years of valuable experience in healthcare operations.

· Supervisory and leadership experience required.

· Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and presentation skills.
