Executive Assistant to Vice President of Sales

**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President of Sales and other senior staff.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Vice President of Sales and/or other assigned sales and leadership staff.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents.
- Maintains a busy calendar and taking the initiative to anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts and prioritize appointments, ensuring the executives' time is optimized.
- Special projects as assigned by the VP of Sales ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
- Reviews expenses and budgets of territory sales managers.
- Arranges travel and accommodations.
- Schedules meetings on behalf of VP of Sales
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- **Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience **as an Executive Assistant preferably with sales** experience.
- Some related experience preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
